DMCA Policy

Overview

SparkyMe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Important: SparkyMe does not host, upload, or store any adult content, videos, or images. We are a directory platform — all content linked from this Site is hosted on third-party platforms. If content you wish to report is hosted on a third-party cam platform, you should submit your DMCA notice directly to that platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on SparkyMe infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following to dmca@sparkyme.com:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the specific URL(s) on sparkyme.com where the alleged infringement appears.
3. Your contact information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed from SparkyMe in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@sparkyme.com containing:

1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

SparkyMe reserves the right to terminate relationships with repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
